Nationwide Shipping Policy: (Applicable only in India)
We provide absolutely free shipping anywhere in the country.
We ship the product under ordinary circumstances within 8-10 days of receiving the order. The delivery time can take anywhere between 2-6 days, depending upon your location and accessibility. However, situations such as weather, disruption in services etc., are beyond our ordinary control.
While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability. Individual tracking links will be sent to the customers from where the customer can track the real-time progress of their order/’s.
Please note that a service fee will be applicable on all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. Due to security reasons, COD option is not available on purchases above Rs.15,000/-.
International Shipping Policy: (Worldwide except India)
International shipping charges apply, and vary from country to country.
Each order may be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders. Individual tracking links will be sent to the customers from where the customer can track the real-time progress of their order/’s.
We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on International Orders.
Custom/ Duty charges will be paid by buyer.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or the shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your local customs authority to determine these additional costs prior to buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up — please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. Indian merchants are unable to mark merchandise values below actual purchase price or mark international parcels as “gifts" — Indian and international government regulations prohibit such practices.

Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped in a Luxe’ Box, secured in an eco-friendly package, with invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulation & a warranty card. We may even include a surprise for our valued customers, to make their experience a memorable one.
